This positive, safe, hands-on volunteer opportunity is family-friendly and engaging for kids aged 6 and up. The packing event is limited to 35 people, and the goal is to pack 8,000-10,000 meals. The mission of our community packs is to allow kids, families, and small groups to volunteer. We will provide gloves and hairnets. A hand-washing station will be mandatory for all participants, and staff will properly sanitize commonly touched surfaces before and after each volunteer shift.   **Story** The mission of our community packing events is to give kids, families and small groups the opportunity to volunteer together. These packs are an inspiring environment for giving back and are providing meals to depleted food banks during this time of great need. Our community meal packs are limited to **35 people with a goal of 8,000-10,000 meals**. Thanks to grant funding from Honda, we are able to offer this event at a lower cost to participants, Allowing everyone to help feed their community. A few notes: - **Please be respectful of ticket limits**. We want as many different groups and families to experience these events as possible. If you have a group larger than the maximum ticket limit, call (317-863-8655) or email (info@millionmealmovement.org) us to make arrangements. - We need a minimum of 10 participants or pack may be cancelled.
